Excellent few days in a good hotel

Excellent location and close to beach

The chefs were using the same tongs for raw meat as they used when serving cooked meat. I think a bit of training is required in that department.

The staff are friendly and the location is great. The buffet meals offer a lot of variety.

The all-inclusive is more like mostly-inclusive... there are lots of things that are not included. These were simple things like some drinks, ice lollies and beach towels... also, the cost of 17 euro per person per day to access the spa was also a surprise. The gym was disorganised and hidden in the back of the underground parking area... very strange ????

It was amazing. The staff are great,

It’s in a very close location to all the attractions

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the beds but I’d prefer the beds to be double instead of two single beds. There’s a distinct smell outside randomly in the morning and late in the night. Also there is a balcony light which MUST be on throughout. You cannot control it. It sounds terrible but it’s not I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

stay was OK, but wouldn't pay the same price again to stay at the hotel

Staff were good and on the whole helpful. Room good with comfortable beds.

restaurant selection was standard stuff for an AI hotel. My wife is a veggy, and I do not eat certain foods, so on some evenings the available selection was quite restrictive

Very enjoyable and we had good weather for January

Breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. Pool Area was lovely and we were lucky to get the comfy sun loungers on some occasions. Pool bar was reasonably priced.

Some noise from the nearby strip until 3am but didn't impact hugely on sleep.

It's central location but unfortunately surrounded by loud nightclubs. It all depends what u are looking for. Walking distance from beach and shops

Loud area. I think tenerife was struggling with bugs that we had in our room. I know it's not hotel fault we had room at the ground floor. So thought that it could be a reason why they keep coming inside. But they can even walk on glass. Food was extremely basic. Very little flavour. We had half board option Good thing is that u can eat lunch one day and dinner next day it is up to you. You need to be aware that with dinner or lunch there is no drink included not even a water. So when u come u will be asked for you room card and than they offer u a drink. Water is 2.5€ That will be added into your bill when you check out.

Great short break - would return again

Hotel was clean and bright. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool, so no need to get up super early. Our room was big, comfy beds and pillows. Location was great as you could choose what type of night you wanted - a quiet one in the hotel or a boozy one on the strip!

Food wasn't the best - not much choice and quality wasn't great. Also all inclusive drinks were local substitutes, not branded

Clean. Good food. But a bit of a battle for sunbeds.

All inc food was good and there was a fair bit of variety. The drinks were pretty good too. The lager is amstel which I liked. The AI cocktails aren't worth bothering with but the wine is decent enough. Most of the place was clean most of the time. I think we got our money's worth really. The staff are all great, doing their best to make up for the fact that there aren't enough of them which is hardly their fault. The entertainment was great on some of the nights, particularly the magician and the circus people.

Depending on what time you go, mealtimes are a bit of a battle. There aren't enough staff to clean up the tables at peak times so sometimes you find yourself scouting round for a place to sit, a plate or some cutlery because as soon as some becomes available, someone with pounce on it. There was one staff member who was particularly let down by management, the lifeguard. He has a little office bit which is so tucked out of the way that he really wasn't able to monitor water safety and didn't enforce any of the pool rules. If you're bringing your kids, remeber that you must supervise them as he'll be the last to know if there's a problem. People reserving sunbeds. The problem is rampant to the point that if you want to sit near the pool and you don't play that game you either need to sit at the bar or wait for a cloudy day when nobody wants a sunbed anyway. The hotel have a policy against it but without anyone to enforce it, it's pointless. Anytime of day, you can see that 100% of sunbeds have towels on them despite 25% having people on them and only a few people in the pool. Check out day was a bit odd. Late checkout is 11 euros/hour and is subject to availability. Staying for lunch is 22 euro per person. We missed the boat on that but used the baggage room and we were offered a 'shower room' so you can go to the beach and have a wash before you fly home. Unfortunately that relies on other people sticking to their time slot and not taking our slot as well so we had to go without a wash.

Great location. 2 min walk to the beach, lots of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Lovely little play area and toddler pool with sun loungers and plenty of shade, really well thought out if you have little ones. Fantastic views of mount Teide and the sea from the terraced pool area. Loved sitting in the jacuzzi and taking in the views. Liked the terraced areas which meant adults could sunbathe away from family action if not travelling with children. Great family areas if you are travelling with children, such as the heated pool (there are two and one is not heated). The bar is a great space for families to meet after dinner with lots of entertainment for little ones, who looked like they were having a great time every night. Children are at the forefront of the planning for this hotel so I would say with confidence this is a great family friendly hotel. Rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms and balconies. Great place for adults looking for all night partying as this hotel is located in the Veronica's area, so plenty of late night action within seconds of stepping out of the hotel. Despite being so close we were never disturbed by noise when sleeping with the balcony doors closed. However, I can't say with confidence that will apply to all rooms as our room was furthest away from the Veronica's strip.

Food was pretty much the same everyday but there was plenty of choice such as breakfast cereals, porridge, yogurts, fruit, breads, cooked breakfast options invluding made to order omelette, pancakes, churros with chocolate sauce (fountain), cheeses, meats, pastries, tea, coffee, juice. You can swap dinner for lunch if you are staying half board, options for both offered salads, cheese, French fries, meats, seafood, pasta, pizza, vegetables, desserts, ice cream etc. We were travelling with a vegan friend who did not struggle to find suitable food. We were rarely asked if we would like a drink with our dinner as the staff seemed to be run ragged which meant at dinner we often didnt bother with a drink.Tables were not cleared quickly which led to a lack of available tables and several times we had to set our own table. The main pool bar was understaffed which led to queues and despite being at the bar when there was no queue it took a while to get served. At one point a queue started forming to my right and despite having been there before the queue was formed I was told in a surly manner to get to the back of it. I walked off and went to the smaller pool bar and was served immediately by a lovely lady with a smile (depends on the staff member, as some seemed to forget how to smile and be polite).

Good location,nice views of the sea ,lovely pool,good food and night time entertainment. Staff friendly and reception staff really helpful . Air conditioning fixed within minutes when we had a problem. Snack’s available at the bar. Powerful hot shower and clean rooms

Real coffee and cocktails not included. A virtual army of Bar and Restaurant staff slow serving and slow clearing the tables . Malta Beer in Spain.. I didn’t travel to Malta I was in Spain. No hand rails on jacazzi. Good food but,Limited variety in the restaurant .Although the theme changed on the sign . Inside one or two items may have changed.

Close to the beach, great dinner.

Great location, friendly stuff, huge room with two king size bed. Really nice selection of foods in the morning and dinner.

We had to pay for using the safe, but for 4 stars hotel it is a joke. We had to pay a lot for parking underground in the parking lot, but it was under construction, so was horrible to park there.

Room was great, clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Breakfast and is also great with a lot of options available friendly staff. Every evening social program available for kids and adults as well. Pools has comfortable temrepature

Only one thing - parking and path to the beach. No signs inside parking to understand the right direction, reconstructive work is in progress

Location excellent.

Bar useless. No idea of what products being sold because they are not on display. No menu either. Lack of choice. Terrible service with long queues and waiting. As a result went out every night. Took forever to settle bill at reception because hotel does not accept cash as payment for products and services. Last time I checked cash was legal tender. I prefer to keep my casual spending away from prying eyes of banking institutions. No kettle in bedroom.
